Remarks

The most important thing for me before choosing a college is its infrastructure, courses offered, placement opportunities and industry knowledge provided and campus which provides student friendly environment. Oxford College of Engineering is one among the best place which have all these above. Excellent faculty and student-friendly environment, good courses and all the above best companies recruiting our students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I particularly chose this branch, because of its supportive faculty and excellent teachers. They worked hard during the pandemic to transitioning to online mode and engaging students. The student-teacher ratio is 6:1. They use the best teaching techniques and are very approachable .

Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Google, Infosys, Wipro, IBM, Intel, Bosch and many top companies have visit this campus in search of competent employees. Students are given prior industry experience with an internship at these companies.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for placements from the 5th semesters. Many companies visit the college offering internships and many other offers. Students getting placed is very high. Many get in-depth knowledge with exposure to seminars and workshops - interaction with industry experts.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for the merit seat being 59000/-. Which may be a bit high but is worth the money for the quality education provided. The Oxford college students get scholarships as financial assistance.

Campus Life

We had freshers day, tech fests and many more interesting activities here. A huge library is one of the most beautiful things about this college. Classrooms are highly equipped with technologies. Well equipped laboratory, supporting staff and various extracurricular.

Interview Experience

Yes, I had to give my Common Entrance Test to get into this college various there were many other options also. I was counselled by the placement officer at Oxford College who explained to me the opportunity to be recruited by the two companies are high .

From 6th semester we will get the placement assist .almost all mnc and top companies in india visits the college , namely cognizant ,oracle, tcs , infosys , capgemini , accenture , mu sigma , and many others along with startups . few companies offers direct fte roles, whereas few take students as interns and provide fte(full time employment).package will be between 3 to 36 lpa. rules during college placement drive are there will be 3 buckets , less than 7 lpa bucket 1 , 7-15 lpa bucket-2, above 15lpa bucket -3 , if a student gets any offer in specified bucket then he/she wont be eligible to apply for companies withe the salary range of that bucket. They provide international placement opportunities also , specially the zenken company collaboration , helps to get japan companies placement assist.

Placement Experience:

Generally I pefferd this college because of the college's reputation in placments . Students generally get placed into company's in 7th sem . Generally companies like TATA, IBM, Infosys, Amazon , Wistron, Accenture, Xoriant, Hp etc . generally 800 + students gets offers . Highest package is around 30+ Lpa and avearge package is 7 Lpa .MY plan is to try for both placements and also Gate examination
