It is the first corporate-sponsored Bschool in India. HR is a flagship course of IMI New Delhi, with HR courses being taught right from the first term. The student bodies are well functioning and provide huge learning opportunities. The admission process is very smooth and transparent.
Course Curriculum Overview
HR is the flagship course of IMI New Delhi, and the HR batch has consistently done well in placements. The faculty is very learned and everyone is a PhD, with a good faculty: student ratio of 1:6 The evaluations are very transparent and the constant exams and feedbacks
Internships Opportunities
Internships are offered by many reputed organizations such as Eli Lilly, Gartner, Future Generali, Capgemini, GEP, Anand Group, Adani, Infosys, etc, which can be seen in the placement brochure. Apart from internships, there are a lot of live projects to which interested students can apply.
Placement Experience
SIP starts from the end of term 1, while final placement starts from the second year. It is compulsory for every student to do a summer internship, as it a part of the curriculum. Students are willing to go for further studies may opt-out of final placements. 100 percent of all the willing students are placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are actually quite high, and it goes to 21 lakhs including hostel and mess fees. The first-year hostel is also outside the campus, due to the small campus size. While most internships have a stipend, there are also unpaid internships.
Campus Life
Conventus And Kritva are the two major events of IMI New Delhi that happen every year There are 5 committees- - Corporate Relations and Placement Committee - Branding and Media Relations - Alumni Committee - Admissions Committee - International Relations Committee There are 13 clubs- - Finance club - Marketing Club - HR club - Operations Club - Consultation and Strategy Club - Economics Club - Residential Affairs Club - Information management and analytics club - academic secretaries - Entrepreneurship Club - Sports club - Cultural Event Management Club Apart from this, there are several societies for dance, drama, music, art, animal welfare, etc.
Interview Experience
There is a written test followed by an interview. The written test has a time limit, and while it's on a generic topic, related events are to be included. The interviewer asks questions on the candidate's interests, subjects from their bachelor's degree, job experience. Current Affairs is also asked in the interview.
