Good: Very good in providing and imparting world class educational service, offering job opportunities during the campus placements, Highly Esteemed and Expertised Faculties. Bad: being forced to take part in extra curricular activities, and study almost 50 case studies during the 1st semester itself, peer pressure. Overall, the institute is a center of excellence for the executive education. Admission: Candidates are allocated with seats only if they have a valid cutoff in the respective exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT. Thereafter, the final selection is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the Written Ability Test (WAT), And Personal Interview (PI).
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very vast and rigorous and the students are given an abundance of case studies to solve duting each semester. However, the faculties are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are research holders who work towards making the students future very bright. They guide in the righteous way to achieve a successful career. Their teaching methods are exceptional, they present the case studies in the projector and use real life industry examples to solve them. Most of the faculty are full time and few of them are visiting faculties. The faculty student ratio is 20:1 at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, During the summer placements drive, many reputable companies had visited namely Dabur, E&Y, Google, HP, HSBC, etc and offered internships to eligible students. The higjest stipend offered INR 3.5 Lakhs for 2 months and the average stood at INR 1 lakhs for 2 months.
Placement Experience
This year, placements at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus was 100% success with more than 400 students getting placed. A total of 140+ international and domestic companies visited the institute and recruited the eligible students. The highest CTC (domestic) offered was INR 54 LPA and the international CTC was INR 58.47 LPA. The average CTC offered by the domestic company was INR 23.97 LPA and the international company offered an average CTC of INR 24.25 LPA. The major recruiters were Google, Wipro, HDFC, Infosys, Cognizant, Hero, etc. Most of the students bagged the roles in the Sales & Marketing, nd IT/Analytics Sectors.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There's no fee hike policy at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus. Candidates must pay INR 1005000 during the first year for the PGPM programme at the institute which is really expensive and for the duration of 2 years, a total of INR 19.5 lakhs must be paid. But, IIM Lucknow Noida Campus offers various financial Assistance and benefits to thr deserving students so that they pursue their education without any hurdle. Scholarships offered are Industry Based Scholarship, SC/ST Scholarship, Need based IIML Scholarships, Merit-cum Means Scholarships, etc. There are also other financial aids provided by banks, organizations that can be availed by the needy students.
Campus Life
Campus life at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus is exciting, and vibrant. The architecture of the institute is well designed with State of art teaching infrastructure, computer lab, student lounges, smart classrooms, air-conditioned and furnished auditoriums, spacious playground, and a cafeteria with all the food essentials. There's a central library with a vast collection of books, e-journals, publications, magazines, etc. And students can access the library at anytime. There are few clubs and committees that are responsible for conducting fests, events, lectures, etc.
Hostel Facilities
There's a separate hostels for both the genders at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus. These hostel blocks are 2 storey buildings with 10 large and spacious rooms in each floor. The rooms are air conditioned, well furnished, with a private balcony and an attached bathroom. Various amenities and facilities are available such as laundry services, recreation and living room withSmart TV facility, medical room with medical equipments, 24/7 Wi-Fi facility, etc. The food offered at the mess are super delicious with vegetarian as well as non vegetarian food varieties.
Admission
Yes, Once the Written Ability Test (WAT) is conducted, Personal Interview is later conducted for the shortlisted students. Most of the questions are asked related to current affairs and changing scenario in the industrial world and stock market world, hobbies, weakness/strength, interests, etc. The personal interview is conducted for 20 to 30 minutes by the panel members. If prepared well, then the PI round will go smoothly.
