IIM Lucknow (Noida Campus) Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The initial screening process for admission is based on CAT score. As I was shortlisted on basis of that, I was called in for WAT followed by a PI round. For the final selection my academic performance as well as my work experience was taken in account. I chose this college for further studies as IIM is a reputed college that ensured me a great future ahead.

Good: Very good in providing and imparting world class educational service, offering job opportunities during the campus placements, Highly Esteemed and Expertised Faculties. Bad: being forced to take part in extra curricular activities, and study almost 50 case studies during the 1st semester itself, peer pressure. Overall, the institute is a center of excellence for the executive education. Admission: Candidates are allocated with seats only if they have a valid cutoff in the respective exams such as CAT, MAT, XAT. Thereafter, the final selection is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the Written Ability Test (WAT), And Personal Interview (PI).

IIM Lucknow is engaged in the International Student Exchange program for various courses and has an excellent placement record. Apart from this, the institute has been a part of Indian Education system since 1984. IIM noida campus is dedicated for executive education. The admission process starts from the month of June every year and the classes for new session begins from July-August.

The highest salary package offered in the final placement process of IIM Lucknow Noida Campus is INR 40 LPA and the average salary package is recorded as INR 21.21 LPA. Some of the top recruiters of the final placement process are Accenture, FIIT JEE, Amplus Solar, Ernst & Young, Fourth Partner, Arti Industries, and Axtria.

Every year, Placements at the IIM Lucknow Noida campus are successfully held and this year 100% of the students were placed successfully. Around 140 international and domestic reputable companies participated to recruit eligible candidates and over 443 students were placed. The highest package offered by the domestic company was INR 54 LPA and INR 58.47 LPA was offered by the international company. The average package offered by the international company was INR 24.25 LPA and INR 23.97 LPA was offered by the domestic companies. The major recruiters were Amazon, Accenture, Google, Udaan, Bain & Co, Uber, etc.

I had been working in the HR department of an IT company for 6 years, when I had the realization that I needed some career growth. I did not want to spend two years doing an MBA, so when I saw an advertisement online about the IPMX program at IIM Lucknow, I knew that was the right choice for me. I wrote GMAT, and then submitted an online application form with a fee of INR 1000. It felt exciting, writing an exam after all those years. I was elated to know I was shortlisted for the Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview, after giving which I was finally selected.

I couldn't shift to Lucknow from Delhi so I opted for this 1-year program at Noida. While it is a residential program, I was able to work around my studies while being close to my family. Since the program has been active since 2008, I was confident about its ROI and the quality of their faculty.

The selection of candidates in IIM is a three step process. The first step involves CAT entrance exam and achieve a good percentile score. The selected candidates were called for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). The final round of admission was done considering CAT score, PI & WAT, academics all together.

I gave my Common Aptitude Test (CAT) after getting graduated from Engineering stream. This institution is one of the most prestigious Management Institutions in the country and thus high marks in the tests are required.

Each day of my college went amazing. I was happy that the place gave me some worth remembering memories. Also, my friends were good and understanding as they helped me a lot. I will always remember this place to the fullest.
