The initial screening is based on the marks secured by candidates in the CAT examination. Then the shortlisted candidates will be called for the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). The final selection will be based on the performance in CAT, scholastic achievement, work experience, and performance in WAT and PI.

The course curriculum of PGPSM is designed in a way that includes specialized courses on sustainability from the first year itself. For the second year, the curriculum is designed in a way to give exposure to sustainability in detail through well-designed compulsory courses in terms IV and V and elective courses in Term VI.

A total of 17 recruiters have participated in the summer internship process of IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus, and offered 35 roles in various functional areas. Business Development and Consulting emerged as the top recruiting areas. Some of the top recruiters are Tech Mahindra, TATA Motors, MoriningStar, Apollo Hospitals, Aditya Birla Retail, Valluri, and Yes Bank.

The highest salary package offered in the final placement process of IIM Lucknow Noida Campus is INR 40 LPA and the average salary package is recorded as INR 21.21 LPA. Some of the top recruiters of the final placement process are Accenture, FIIT JEE, Amplus Solar, Ernst & Young, Fourth Partner, Arti Industries, and Axtria.

The first-year fee for the PGPSM program at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus is INR 10,05,000. This cost includes the admission fee of INR 70,000, Tuition fee of INR 5,70,000, Infrastructure fee of INR 3,45,000, and a refundable deposit of INR 20,000 for all three terms. Infrastructure fee includes the computer fee, library fee, books, and instructional material, hostel fee, student welfare activity, and convocation fee.

Candidates who hold a bachelor's degree in any specialization with at least 50% marks in aggregate from any recognized university with two years of professional experience can apply for the PGPSM program offered at IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus.
