This year, placements at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus was 100% success with more than 400 students getting placed. A total of 140+ international and domestic companies visited the institute and recruited the eligible students. The highest CTC (domestic) offered was INR 54 LPA and the international CTC was INR 58.47 LPA. The average CTC offered by the domestic company was INR 23.97 LPA and the international company offered an average CTC of INR 24.25 LPA. 75 companies visited our college as recruiters, with offers matching our career expectations. This program trained us so well that we could pass the recruitment interviews easily. The average package offered was INR 18,82,000 LPA. Most of my batchmates got higher positions in their preferred industries and some like me chose to shift industries. I got a good offer of 20 LPA in consulting, and I am working there to this day.
