I choose Delhi university as it is famous university faculty is very good college campuses internships placements everything is good the admission procedure is based on merit as well as on entrance mine is on merit based for merit based college releases various cut-off lists and then students can join according to their course about the Delhi university everything is good the campus teachers all and as I am student of b.sc honours microbiology so practical based work is more labs conditions lab staff everything is wellVarious societies are also their in college where students take part according to. Their wish some societies like placement cell E cell are. Very beneficial also fee structure is also affordable prefer official website of Delhi university for admission procedure or any other information related to University.Must join DU it's very good

Course Curriculum Overview

As mine course was b.sc honours microbiology it is more related to practical experience I choose this course because I found it interesting working with microscopes exploring micro organisms viruses bacteria fungi is quite interested faculty is very good experienced friendly staff in every year their is almost35-40students qualification of the faculty is from p.hd to post doctorate teaching method is very good teachers explain with the help of presentations diagrams and practicals are done regularly exams are held after 6months and tests and assignments are done weekly to pass is exam is easy if you study well.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 14000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements is very good many companies visit to the campus in search of students du is well known for its placements highest salary package offered is 8 lakh and minimum is 4 lakh academically average student's can get a salary package ranging from 3 lakh to 5 lakh per year in the previous year about 80%of the students recruited by companies sanlu group requires good student's from here.

College Events

As everyone knows du fests is very famous department fest is also conducted which is related to specific course students and college annual fest is also conducted library is very good in case of rating I give 10 out of 10 for library sports and extracellular activities are amazing various societies are there in college for sports NCC dancing singing drama society etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite affordable as I m b.sc honours microbiology student so mine annual fee is 14000 scholarship's are provided fees is quite affordable as everyone can afford as compared to other institutions . scholarships are also provided for which various tests are taken are scholarships are also given on the basis of percentage laptops are also provided to each student of the college for study if one cannot afford books he or she can issued books from library for a semester and after exams return it

Hostel Facilities

I rented a room in satya niketan motibagh 8500 is monthly rent for it excluding water and electricity bill I cook by my own so there is separate money for food and all

supportive and approachable who explains concepts really well, like pallavi mam and shweta mam
good campus life like cafeteria area, library, and classrooms
active campus life with good opportunities to interact with other students

Dislikes

could get a bit crowded when both the shifts have classes

the whole reason i chose jims kalkaji is beacuse of placements it is popular for placements it offers multiple placements after your 3rd or 4th year of specializtion different multiple companies come here to pick students.

THE ALL ROUNDER

Likes

The college has a very beautiful greeny campus.
The library is just the best thing that the college has , it is the largest in du, with computers study area all books and magazines newspaper and other necessities.
The students and teachers are very kind helpful ambitious and intelligent , you will learn a lot here.

Dislikes

The administration sometimes works too slowly regarding dew things.
The canteen is very big and food is also nice but in rain water gets concentrated there.

Placement Experience:

it is said that the placements of this college are good and average being 10LPA and 17 LPA the highest. Many companies come for the placement drive every year and many of seniors have got placement in their third year.

research and business analytics is the first batch to get placed
seniors are supportive and friendly with juniors

Dislikes

campus has limited sports facility and activities.
there is no residential campus vibes as it is very small
college ROI is very poor as the fees is high

from third semister students get eligible for placement and the avg package is 12.5 and median is 11 and highest is 24.There is 90% placement record.MARCH, DELLOIT, ACCENTURE, TECH MAHINDRA are the few reputed companies coming into the campus.

M.A. POLITICAL SCIENCE IN DRC

We don't have classes in our respective colleges in masters . We have our classes in faculty of social science which is just opposite to drc building and the good thing is all students around 300 of study in same class together .
Great infrastructure, ac installed in the fss and satyakam building.
Highly qualified faculty and helpful throughout the course.

Dislikes

Since our classes are held in faculty of social sciences building and not in respective colleges so we don't get to experience the exposure of our colleges .
But what I have seen in drc while visiting for documentation work, the infrastructure is not really great and but they are building new ones and trying to make in better.
Fee is too high compared to other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of our course offers various branches of political science, like comparative politics, political theory, international relations, security studies, gender and ir, public administration, indian polity , social exclusion, etc which enriches your understanding of the domestic and international politics.

College and my 1st year

Likes

All girls college not male allowed in there without permission so everything feels right and safe
Conducts annual fests to change the vibe
Gotta know different types of people from different places

Dislikes

Student often get used to bad habits like smoking and drinking
To many protests everyone is doing protest even for the smallest inconvenience
Some teachers doesn't complete the syllabus they left it and students have to study on their own

Course Curriculum Overview:

Initially I wanted to choose physics honours with somehow I felt physics will get me to hard as per by 12 so I choose chemistry honours over physics honours and as if I am doing bsc so yeah it is giving me all the Chemistry by and I feeling alrighting am a learning will help me for job one day the classroom here are very small and very uncomfortable to set and study only thing for teaching I want to change for my department is the classrooms and examination schedule date sheet is also very bad for Delhi University like they change the date sheet 4 to 5 times within a month and till the one is not confirmed so yeah that's things

Moments of happiness

Likes

I liked the ration of girls and boys it's almost same .
The teaching method of teachers and the library.
College infrastructure and various opportunities and sports ground .

Dislikes

Events in college are usually too short like till 5 pm only .
Classes starts at 8:40 in winters atleast it should start by 10 .

Placement Experience:

English hons is not a course in which placement is that widespread as far as I'm aware . But our college provides placements for other courses like b.com etc and we have placement cell which keeps updating us on internship or placement opportunities and overall package is quite good .

college provide good placements. Recently companies like deloite, paytm, zepto, agile, insplore and many more companies visited in campus. only 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Average package company offered is 500000. as for internships only 5th semester in 2nd year are eligible for applying in internships.

The Dream College Life

Likes

The campus is completely different from the whole city, it is more cleaner and is quiet peaceful with various different beautiful views at different points and is not too big so could easily walk through the campus.
Has really great architecture of the buildings and is surrounded by really intelligent people including some over the top profs and some really great minds from the country.
The night life is completely different and is one of the best part of staying in campus.

Dislikes

some of the hostels are quiet old and need renovation.

Placement Experience:

If you study passionately and have decent communication skills and some important competencies, I assure you that you will secure a position in a great company. Here at IIT Delhi, you earn what you work for; you can receive salary packages as high as 2 crores, but some offers start as low as 4 lakhs per annum.

Fully solar energy used for electricity in Hostel and campus
Wi-Fi is working properly and fast all over the area.
Hostel and hostel mess are neat, well managed and hygienic

Sports facilities are not too well in this campus
There is zero spot of E- vehicle charging.

This course is newly introduced by seeing the upgradation of the industry by involving AI & ML in that work, this campus and course doing great work. There should be improvement in lab classes only and Exam are done easy to moderate level.
