Remarks

The university provides better teaching skills and all of its engineering courses are very much valued. The admission process also works quite smoothly through ACPC. It also has very skilled faculty members. The university provides healthy and a very good atmosphere to its students.

The course curriculum and the syllabus is updated and the faculty members are very good at their profession. Exams are held every now and then to test the students catch up skills. Over all academics are very much valued at the university.

The placements provided at SVIT Vasad are very highly appreciated by all the students here. Many big and high tech companies such as the Infosys, TATA, Nestle and many more come to the campus every year to recruit the university students. College Events

Campus Life is very good. You make friends every day and the atmosphere here is enchanting. People here are very helpful. The canteen food is also not bad. There are a few clubs for students to join too.

Placement Experience:

The placement season at IIMA starts from December onward. This includes a three to four day marathon placement season that witnesses more than 150 companies visiting the campus. These companies include MNCs such as American Express, Blackrock, Boston Consulting Group, Mastercard, P&G, Nestle Indian conglomerates such as Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, Mahindra Group, HUL, technology companies such as Amazon, Zomato, Sprinklr. In total ~480 offers are made to candidates in total across laterals as well as finals placement processes. A 100% placement has been a record at IIMA for many years now. While the average package lied somewhere around INR 20 LPA, the maximum was to the tune of INR 75 LPA (and perhaps even more for international locations). I ventured into consulting domain, one of the most revered and sought after clusters post my MBA at IIMA.

Current Details of SVIT

Honestly I targeted SVIT, because it was near by vadodara, easy to travel and timings were also good enough to get adpoted with. The fews structure and environment their is much better than other colleges. The admission process is through ACPC, vacant quota, management quota and SC/ST quota. I got admission through vacant quota after 2nd round of ACPC. The cutoff for ACPC in Computer Engineering at my admission time was 5000. And for vacanct quota it was extended to 9000 after 3rd round of ACPC . The admission process was smooth. Also every year, mock GUJCET is taken in college and top scorer gets waiver on fees ....Read More
