It is an Autonomous college funded by Maharashtra Government. Also the campus is spread across 46 acre and has all the amenities. The college also has research labs which are well equipped. The institute also has bus facility.

The course I selected was Mechanical Engineering. The Production Engineering department existed in the institute since its inception. The college also has good placement opportunities which made me prefer the same.

The last 6 months of the final semester is dedicated towards internship. The insternship opportunities span across various fields of Mechanical Engineering and enables the student get good exposure to industry right from medium scale to a high scale industry.

The college is basically dependent upon IT industries for the job. Tata Consultancy Services is the main recruiter. The college also has its own Training and Placement cell which has good connections with the industry and also the Institute is focusing on incubation and startups.

The college has annual fest called as Pragyaa. The event attracts the crowd from throughout the country. The institute library has access to recent journals and research papers available online. The classroom study is conducted using presentation.

The campus is spread across 46 acers. The institute has sports complex with multiple sporting events held. The institute also has hostel facilities for both male and female students. The centre viasta has the wifi facility.Each department also gets the wifi access

The hostel infrastructure is modern and has internet access through LAN cable. The hostel has clean drinking water and the mess food is also hygiene. The locality around the college is very scerene and also has the shops to support the basic needs.
