Entrance Preview
I joined sgsits through entrance exam MP PET. Which is pre entrance test for MP domicile students. One can even join with AIEEE entrance exam. I joined because in m.p, this is no. 1 college for placements after MANIT which is a NIT.
Internships Opportunities
I don't know about all companies which provides internship. I just know Microsoft provided the internship to 3 students in our batch.
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunities are very good. Almost all candidates who are eligible for campus placements, they get campus recruited. Usually minimum criteria for Max companies are 60% aggregate marks in B.E.
College Events
Many events are organised including Aayam which is our annual tech event, where even students from other college can participate in technical events. And robotics events were organised and few people from our college represented that even in state level.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Compared to other private colleges our college fee is very nominal. Yearly it was approx 29k when I completed by Btech degree.But very few scholarships were provided to meritorious students.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have not availed any scholarships but have heard every year they give scholarships to top 12 meritorious student.
Campus Life
Gender ratio was almost equal. And I was in IT subject so girls and boys were almost equal. But even overall gender ratio is quite balanced. Robotics and other tech events were conducted quite well.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is maintained by students not by the college itself. So it depends on you how well you are connected with your college friend's. Since now I have not received any alumni meet from college.
