Sudhakar Yadav's Review On Vivekanand Education Society Institute Of Technology - [VESIT], Mumbai

I had given Maharashtra CET in the year 2016 and I had scored 130 marks in the examination ,my main goal was to study programming languages that too from Mumbai only and this. College was best suiting my requirements and also matched my marks scored in the CET exam.

The course curriculum was not the one which fascinates one to take Computer application as a course ,its way to bookish and very less of a practical knowledge. The concepts are related to the very older technologies which were used way earlier but the time demands an up gradation in the concepts.

VESIT supports entrepreneurship and students who want to become entrepreneurs. Recently, a new startup has been incubated by VESIT named www.notemybook.in which is run by two second year students. The VESIT Entrepreneurship Cell is keen to develop entrepreneurship in students through various events, competitions and incubation center.

VESIT is one of the renowned college that wants to give the best in the field of technology. The college believes in the upliftment of the students where students get the mental as well as physical growth in their personal as well as professional level. Good Placement records at witnessed every year at VESIT.

VESIT fees structure is very feasible to other than college except V.J.T.I. The MCA course fees is 70K is very cheapable for MCA course.in other college MCA fees is above 1 lakh. Overall over experience VESIT fees structure is very good.

EBC Scholarship is provided in college. Darobji Tata Scholarship Program comes for this college but very few get through. Bank Loans are easily available for pursuing studies in this college in market.

Seniors are very helpful, at times it was better to trust a senior than faculty ,such is the influence of them .And alumni work is not so bad can be taken as good. Overall senior junior interactions are good enough.

Exam structure is very good in VESIT. In every class is under camera surveillance.college staff is taking very strict action for those student who had copy in the exam hall.

Teachers are highly co-operative and always available to listen to students. Teaching faculty do not meet up the needs in the regular lecture ,thats the biggest disadvantage. Sources of learning and grasping new things are very few. But courses like php ,linux etc are not available which are extremely important for a computer student.
