Remarks

The campus area is really large also in between the city.This college has very Good placements and being more than 100year old it has a great alumni network which helps a lot in future. It's NIRF ranking is also Great.Here Branch changing system will attract you.The IIT (BHU) Gymkhana, housed in Kings' Pavilion, is the primary hub of all extracurricular activities in the Institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course here is very reliable very systemically handed, freshers have no issue towards the course they will enjoy it. When it comes to academic and faculties here you will get a chance to learn from world class professors. You will easily intract with professor and Tutors at personal level too. Placement Experience

The highest international package was recorded to be 1.52 crores for the year 2019. 2019 batch marked the institute history with the highest package bagged by its student which was 1.04 crore. However, the average packages range between 8-9 LPA. 762 students were placed in top-notch companies out of 1063 registered students in BTech. Microsoft, Samsung (B), Samsung (R&D), JP Morgan, Sapient, Fidelity, Bajaj, Optum, Morgan Stanley, Mathworks, Hewlett Packard, DE Shaw, Get Active,VISA, CISCO,and many more.

College Events

I have really enjoyed a lot. It's been one and half year and this was the best time in my life. I have performed in Inter IIT competitions and have great experience. Technical fest TechneX is delayed due to Corona but I'm really excited for it. When you come Varanasi you will love the Cultural part.

Campus Life

IITBHU campus is known for it's traditional infrastructure. Sports facilities are Great here like football, cricket, table tennis, chess,many more. You can search SPARDHA IITBHU sports fest, other Indian top college came here to compete. Wi-Fi,library, labs of this IIT is also great.

Hostel Facilities

There are so many hostels inside the campus.Aryabhatta was allotted to us for our first year journey.You will be alloted only sharing rooms here. In first year Aryabhatta you have to share three boys per room. After first year only two boys per room. Here you will get a good WiFi connection also.

Hostel Fee: INR 12700 per year

A good choice for quality education and career growth

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th and 7th semsester the college has a dedicated placement cell that organise training sessions resume building workshops mock interviews and aptitude class to prepare students for placement Many companies visit the campus every year , including IT and sevice based comapnies . The most common roles offered are software developer technical support, data analytical and trainee enginer. The avaerage package can go upto 7 lakh while the highest package can go upto 52 lakhs . Around 70-80% of students get placed through campus drives while other opt for higher studies , internships or off campus job . The placement process is smooth and well organised bh the college. After completing my degree , i plan to either secure a good job through campus placement or improve my skills for better off campus placement.

KMCLU Lucknow : Experience of Campus and Academics

Placement Experience:

My college has an average placement of 6LPA. Placement eligibility starts from the end of 5th semester, but when I got promoted to 5th semester, placements declined due the the restructuring in placement cell. So our batch missed the opportunity to attend any placements. In year 2022, the highest placement was around 22LPA and in year 2023, it declined to 9 LPA as there was restructuring in team. After getting my degree I will look for carrier opprotunities on my own, as I have not experienced any placement in my college years.

I choose iit bhu because of iit tag string mining dept and most imp the campus life which felt better than other options i have . I have options of few iits like iit dhanbad and all but iit bhu stood out the most from all other iits in terms of everyaspect as it has strong placements records and aluminia base with lots of supported startups.
