Remarks

The campus is situated in a residential area.The campus has a IBM Cognos lab equipped with good computers and a Tally lab as well. University has a campus which is spread across more than 60 acres, Since it is autonomous based curriculum, it is completely helpful for the students and easy to cope up with the curriculum faster than we think.

Course Curriculum Overview

Since it's autonomous based the course are awesome to go with and it's a choice based system so students have more advantages and opportunities to build their career in their own way as what they want to be The teaches support students in all the way possible to bring us up.The faculty at this university are a combination of highly qualified PhD holders to teachers who have completed their Master's degree.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements for the U. G level students are satisfactory as the students can get work experience for a year or more than a year. But the only disappointment is that you have to sign a one-year contract with the company. Every year, companies like HP, Concentrix, TCS etc, visit the college for placements. The highest salary package offered for a UG level student is Rs. 27,000 per month. Roles like HR, Researcher, Telecalling etc, are offered. There is a placement cell where the students get updated about the companies that visit the campus.

College Events

Presidency University hosts several events, Fests but not all the time. They give merit scholarships to eligible students.The college organises an event named Ethnic day to help students learn about different cultures and traditions.

I opted civil engineering because I did not write KCET exam.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Experience at College

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. My plan after degree is to get a good job.

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. Great college with poor placement

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
