MSU BARODA is in the top most 5 universities of gujarat list.University has several faculties. As an engineering student i am in FACULTY OF TECHNOGY AND ENGINEERING (FOTE) doing MECHANICAL.College is in environment friendly area.The campus has top faculties from IITs. Facilties are student-friendly and too supportive.Personally i experienced stress free education and student friendly environment.I got addmission in MSU through ACPC.Registration is started for new 2020-2021 students.They can apply online from our official site *msu digital*
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in mechanical things like machines,gears,drawing and designs so i chosen the mechanical.Mechanical department has several workshops, laboratories and fields too teach exact stuff.workshops and laboratories have good enough machines and tools and also in working condition. To provide exact things to each student they devided the class.Most of faculties are from various IITs and have done ME and PhD.Method of teaching is too good to feed student easily.For first year students there are two exams at semester ending.From second year there is two exams per semester (internal+external). Exam difficulty level is quiet difficult to moderate. Enough time is provided for reading purpose before exams.
Placement Experience
Placement ratio is too good in MSU. Last year(2019) in mechanical department there is placement of 100% students that would be proud moment for me as mechanical engineer.Overall placement is about 80-85%. In campus ONGC, BHEL, GAIL, RELIENCE, ESSAR, and many high package provider companies are visited(mentioned only mechanical related co.s) Average package is of 4-5 lakhs per year is provided.Highest package i heard is about 16 lakhs per year was provided in MSU.My wish is also to do a job for experience in highly paid company.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In regular years there is only one instalment of 8950 per year but due to COVID-19 they separated it too in two instalments.Needed students can apply for MYSY, DIGITAL GUJARAT scholarships.
