Remarks

As I feel I don't feel any bad but although experience is pretty much good. Admission is good. I prefer this college because this is the type of college I wanted to go to. This college has special attention towards education and sports.

Course Curriculum Overview

I just wanted to study the subject with more practical knowledge so I choose mechanical engineering as my course. faculty is very well versed in all courses. exams are pretty hard but if we put effort we can pass them with ease.

Placement Experience

From 7 th sem only placements provided. No's of companies visit our campus highest package is about 30lac/ year minimum/ average os Rs2lac per year. My plan is to work under some good condition,with some great company.

College Events

Social life is excellent in campus. We have our own r&d dept. Library is excellent. We can play all sorts of sports in campus. as per my attention there is no social group run by students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Cost to study is 77000 per year.Karepass is the scholarship,there are pretty good jobs got on campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is excellent but the problem is sometimes we can't get together with food prepared. Hostel is good there is good atmosphere hot water heater is provided.

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

Admission

No. I was not faced any of the gd or anything.there were no tests either. So,there is no test pattern to discuss. Although we have to fill the form and submit Xerox of proof.

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

My Experience: The good and the Bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.

My views on GAT

As my comedk rank was around 25k and most colleges in this area were under VTU I wanted an autonomous college and GAT was the one If you wanna get into the CSE branch a comedk rank between 20-35k would do Our college accepts CET AND COMEDK I got ISE at SJBIT and CSE at DBIT and I still chose this over those colleges as GAT is autonomous...Read More
