Remarks

There are so many factors that made me to choose this college :- 1. This is the University's department. 2. As a university's department it provides lots of research oriented things. 3. This college is funded by TEQIP 3 program. 4. My department ie Chemical Technology this one is very much best in this college.

I choose Chemical Technology I have so much curiosity in this field and before admission I took some information about faculty and college from the some seniors who are my collogue and after admission within two years (now I am in the 3rd year ) I will say that the faculty members of chemical department is so supportive. They are well qualified from the reupdated institutes like IIT, ICT, NIT and many more. students ratio is boys:girls is 75:25. term exam are taken by college is may late by 1 or 2 weeks as compare to academic calendar.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 84380 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th semester or may be in 8th semester there will be campus placements after the degree I will love to do some exciting things.

College Events

In the campus there are so many fest are conducted like annual function and sports in February. Techfest are Technosis 2020 in February by chemical department and Technovation in 2019 on Engineers Day by CST department and so many things are organized by various departments on special occasions.

Campus Life

The college infrastructure is well good. It having a big ground for sports also we can access university's ground which having excellent quality. (Basketball, Cricket, Badminton, kho-kho). College provides us free WiFi.(Daily 1 GB) Having a college as well as University's library that provide Every types of books. Lab equipment's are also very well and in good condition.

The Overall experience of an average student

Placement Experience:

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

From 7th semester, the internship opportunities and full time placement opportunities starts to come, For my batch, Veritas, coditas , Worldline, Wipro, KPIT, CrelioHealth, Kylas these companies came with a good package which was greater tha 4 LPA. Highest package was from veritas 12 LPA, Kylas 7 LPA, and average was arount 3.5-4 LPA. Arount 60% students gets placed. I am placed with a good package through campus placement only

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.
