Remarks

It's is good infrastructure and to provide better education.In technical skills are not provide our college management. Faculty provide only theoretical teaching not practical technology for the students

Course Curriculum Overview

Electronic and Communication Engineering course is better to choose to develop our electronic nad software skills. Most of the faculty completed PH.D's.

After completion of my degree I will get placement job. Mostly half of the students is to be placed in placement jobs. Nearly 10 to 12 companies was came to our college per year.

College Events

I am very happy for infrastructure and better facilities. Every year our college management conducts fresher's day for freshers and second year students.And also conduct josh for all year students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Now my tusion fee is only 12000 rupees it's better. Remaining 39000 rupees I got scholarship from Andhra Pradesh government I am very happy in that situation.

Hostel Facilities

Food was good. Weekly twice to provide non-veg food. And aslo to provide protein food(eggs) weekly twice. Room was be cleaned everyday for college workers. For my experience it is not good to live in college hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

Admission

I was faced group discussion when I was in 2nd year of b-tech is good not bad. Topic of discussion was how the software develops in India was good or not?.it's was best experience for me

Our college provide very fantastic placements , in every year they invited two or three companies in our college to get placements us.In last semester the students are eligible for for campus placements.Shilpa biological industry, biocon industry both company are offered the placement in last year. they told they provide highest packages 800000 rupees per year and averages 400000 per year . In our department , 2 to 3 students are getting palcements. after i completed my degree , i want to research so i admitted in phd programmes.

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.

A mini heaven on earth called NITK

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Mtech Thermal Engineering because I was interested in thermal subjects like Fluid mechanics, Heat transfer, CFD. The Curriculum is pretty decent and it does covers the fundamentals and advanced topics of the particular subject but it could be better in terms of imparting practical and industrial knowledge. The exams that are held in NITK are competitive and requires a good understanding of the subject. You simply cannot cram and get good marks in exam. You have to know the proper implementation of that particular formula or theory.
