Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum is INC approved and they have additional approvals in all over the world. There is clinical postings and community postings which help us to learn to interact with patients in real life. The exams are very difficult to crack and to pass the exams the minimum marks is 40 out of 100.

Internships Opportunities

3

The college only provide internships for the best 40 students of the batch in hospitals under or parent hospitals of the college. It includes Cloud9, ovum etc. Most students get scholarship by directly applying in different hospitals directly or most students apply for internship in their home town for better experience and convenience. Students will be selected based on academic performance and also based on internal marks and interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

This is a four year course including 8 semester. First year - 290000 Second year - 170000 Third year - 170000 Fourth year - 170000 There is scholarship for students state-wise, but college is not providing individual scholarship. Students can study under student load also. For boys the fees is higher since the course is Nursing. They have to pay 950000 for 4 years.

Campus Life

3

The cultural Day take place of the starting of the semester in September. Freshers Day takes place in October. Lamp lighting for freshers takes place in January. The library consists of all the books required for study and academic purposes but not entertainment books. There is a SNA member groups as council members who are the leading factors of all programs.

Hostel Facilities

3

There is water and food available for the students in the hostel. Ordering and online delivery is also allowed by 7 in the evening. The meal quality is not at all good. Most of the days it's Dal and aloo which is reletive through out the week. The hostel is affordable with 1bhk and 2 bhk rooms. I'm staying in the college provided hostel which is outside the campus. It is 32000 per year including food and accommodation.

Admission

I applied to government colleges of nursing all over India through the entrance exam NEET, But I did not get admission since my marks were not up to the mark. My college invite students based on the 12th grade marks. Students should score minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB Subjects in their 12th grade.

Faculty

3

There are so many teachers with many years of experience. Some teachers are even externals who come to teach here. I love the classes of Dr. Govindappa who is teaching sociology. Very interactive class. There is also Dr. Shaan whose classes is very good. Exams happen semester wise and there is also internal exams and lab exams. The course curriculum follows the syllabus of Rajhiv Gandhi University. Our college is affiliated to INC Approval too.

Interview Experience

3

There was no interview or group discussion. There was online enquiry about the college and then direct admission through 12th marks. There was only som questions asked regarding why I joined for nursing and what was the main reason. The college also discussed with us the intensity level of the course and the process we have to go through to graduate from the college.

Night Life

1

There is no light life in the campus sadly. The students are taken back to the hostel soon after the classes get over that is by 5 in the evening. The hostels are outside the college. There is a mess hall but no cafeteria or canteen or gym available. Students are provided with outings on sundays and special holidays. For girls the outing time is from 9 to 2 pm . There are many hangout places outside the hostel like Bharatiya mall of Bengaluru, Bangalore Palace, Phoenix mall, etc.

The circumstance that I choose this college is because of the fare for this college and that including the hostel facility too. The nursing job have more opportunity than any other courses here. The frequency and time are set by rajiv gandhi of health and science. They have to improve the college space because college is only small campus.
