Remarks

Heard a lot about the institute, also when I joined the college was running under guidance of IIIT Allahabad which itself is one of the great Institutes you can get by clearing JEE mains, secondly the placements of IIIT Allahabad were pretty good and infrastructure was very nice. With the rank I scored IIIT LUCKNOW was the best college I was getting so going there was a pretty decent decision for me. I read about it on the quora, FB posts and also read a lot on there counseling group on Facebook. I also talked to one of the seniors and got to know insights of the college and I found them very helpful and that made me join the institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Course Structure followed is framed according to what companies require in a student unlike NITs where all core and not related to course subjects are tought in your first year. Academics involves lab as well as theory part combined, faculty is very helpful and are very experienced, they are all PhD holders from some really great Institutes, the director himself is a graduate from IIT Kharagpur, examinations are divided into two parts mid semester and end semester, both involves theory as well as practical evaluation also, daily quizzes and assignments are provided to make up the internal marks, passing them will advance you to next semester.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements are fairly decent with an average of 14lakhs per annum and highest being 45 lakhs. Also companies like Google and Microsoft are recruiters to our college and mostly all the students get placed with a fairly awesome package.

College Events

4.5

Since, it is a newly build campus you might not get much in the campus itself but being in a city like Lucknow you never have to worry about the life. Also, college has its own technical fest named equinox and soon will be coming up with there cultural fest also. There are in-house activities planned by the seniors in time to time basis for the fun of the students and if not you can always enjoy by joining the cultural club you want.there are various sports activities in the college itself.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is fairly equal to what all other colleges built under PPP mode demand, and is affordable by people with family income more than 5-6 lakhs and for people below this family income, you can always go for the scholarship given by the government to support the fees of the course, also there are internship opportunities after your 2nd year you can always apply for those and placements are very decent with an average of 14 lakhs per annum.

Tech Branches are shifted to Bangalore Campus for their final year, for batch 2021 they saw few companies highest was by PhonePe 24lpa. Now for my batch 2022 , we have still time till next year. few companies visited our campus highest was by Flipkart 33lpa.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University - [ABVMU], Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery [MBBS]
Reviewed on Jan 7, 2025(Enrolled 2023)

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was my dream destination career wise to choose MBBS . MBBS connects you to life and death the two most important aspects of being a human on this planet . Having a power to cure someone and make people smile and live again with health is something else. As in our India the population to doctor ratio is very less hence it's important for the young generation to understand and evaluate the decision of serving the country this way. MBBS is dream for many but reality for very few students all over the country. But the people reaching here face toxic culture also , as prestigious it is as disturbing sometimes it becomes , people over here do not understand the mental health of others So this aspect should be taken in to care and medicos should be handled with care by the society, government and also the seniors . The exams are big rat race , but it's really satisfying as a reader as you get to study and read a lot about medicine . So choose MBBS but not toxicity make your mind that you ll make it beautiful for yourself and also for your batchmates and juniors as well .
