Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is good. There is a credit based subject for competitive programming. But there is also a credit based subject for yoga. The college can keep yoga but credits should not be assigned.

Internships Opportunities

5

The internship opportunities are very good. Companies such as Nvidia, Dell, AMD regularly offer internship. PPO is also raised though these internship. The minimum stipend is 45k and maximum is 125k from walmart.

Placement Experience

5

The placements in this college are the only attractive part. Companies such as Nvidia, Intel, AMD visit the college for internships every year. The college has placements through internships. Direct PPO are also given.

Fees and Financial Aid

Per year fees if 3.3 Lakh. Fees is same for all categories. They provide AICTE PG Scholarship with monthly stipend for 12400 rs. The college provides NSP Scholarship, with yearly/monthly grant. OBC Scholarship is also available

Campus Life

4

Clubs are there in the college. There is literature club Google developer club. Music Club. Dance Club and many more clubs are present. The events that happen are very limited. Not much events happen on campus.

Hostel Facilities

1

There is a fan but there is no regulator to the fan. There ia table and a chair provided. There is bed. Bedding needs to be purchased separately. There is cupboard, but is not maintained and there is a problem of pests in tbe hostel.

Admission

I chose this college because of its placement statistics. Their placement very good as compared to the current industry trend. The admission process was through GATE exam and then through CCMT Counselling

Faculty

4

There are 44 students in a batch. The size of batch vaires every year. There are a few faculties which are not good. They will do what they feel like and do not have a student centric approach. They need to think more about students.

Night Life

3

There is gym. But now it si closed. There is no canteen in college. There is no stationary shop inside or around the campus. Students have to travel a long distance. The hostel facilities are bad. There is water crisis.

Admission:

The first process of admission was to have qualified in GATE. Thereafter, students were shortlisted and a written test was conducted. Around 500 people were shortlisted for the test out of which around 40 qualified finally. The quality of research in my field is very high at this institute, which was a prime factor for me while deciding to join. Also, inputs from seniors about the faculty members and their motivation inspired me to select this college for pursuing my Post Graduation.

I cleared GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) and scored an All India Rank 368 with 96.6 percentile. My first choice was getting into IIT-Kanpur/Delhi etc because they had the best rankings in India. However, I was not able to get into these institutes. I then applied to IIITs which are next after IITs and I was successful in getting into IIIT-Allahabad which was ranked at 8th in India.
