Basic Engineering courses are available like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, IT, Computer science, Chemical. Practicals are not conducted seriously, this is a biggest issue with this college. Now a days Mechanical Engineering sucks beacuse industries are moving towards the Automation, Robotics, IOT, Machine learning. The syllabus of Mechanical Engg. is more 50 years old which has no use in the real life technologies that industries are acquiring. If you are intrested in mechanical then I suggest you to go for the Mechatronics.

There is a lots of politics in placement. Although the WIT Solapur is one of the best college in Maharashtra but when it comes to Placement, it SUCKS competely BELLSHIT. No companies wants to visit our college except those MASS RECRUITERS like Infosys and TCS. But since last 5 years TCS also didn't come for hiring students because of low performance of student.

Lots of events coducted in WIT but they have no meaning. Robo Race, Atherve, Dance competition, Drama etc. Most of these activities are group-oriented due to which students get to know about people from different cultural backgrounds and interests. These healthy interactions not only enhance interpersonal and communication skills of students but also prepare them for the real world.

Fees Structure is really horrible. Complete fees has to paid in single installment. For Open Category student student fees is about 1.25lakh and for OBC half of that. Every year fees increases by 7 to 8%. And for every small things and events they money from our pocket.

I didnt got the scholarship. college doesn't supports us for any scholarship. whatever you wanna do, you have to do it on your own.

Every year only One Mass Recruiter (Infosys) hires 60 to 70students. Only 2 to 3 MNC comapnies hires 4 to 5 students and then rest of the students hired by local small scale industries. In this way colleges shows 100% placement but more than 50% students didn't join the comapny because of low package.

No. But the hostel life much more adventurous than the boring college life. There is no proper food facility hostel food is much more horrible than the fees sturcture. Hope these drawbacks will be controled in the upcoming years.

Yes senior students helps more. But some time they took RAGGING. Every month Faculty bring a new alumni to college who inspires us and shares their experince and shows the mirror to us about the outside world of companies and industries.

I got the admission On the basis of Marks and Merit list for the direct second year as I was a Diploma student. Although the merit list criteria changes every year but you should fit for the minimum following criterion. 1. Your marks in 12th must be above 80% and NEET atleast 125. 2. If you are a diploma student, then your diploma precentile should be above 85%.

I can't revile the names and numbers of the faculty.
