Hello, I have taken admission in M.sc Agriculture in Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab. I have taken admission in this college because I have done my B.sc Agriculture from private University and for private students are not eligible for JRF for M.sc Agriculture in Govt University.So that I have taken admission in LPU and LPU is the only private University which is accredited with ICAR. There are so many private University there are not accredited with ICAR. LPU is the only University who takes students who studied B.sc Agriculture from private and he will ICAR accredited Degree And A part from that LPU infrastructure is very Good, their Labs are very good and the main important for agriculture students that LPU Agriculture Field is very large and very good with all facilities and LPU is very fast in their technology like LPU have created their own Applications for students for easy of every facility &LPU is Only University with best and amazing Online Myclass platform.

Course Curriculum Overview

In LPU in my class there is 32 students and All the Faculties are very experienced and they will teach in easy, best and simplest method . There will be two exams one is Midterm and End term, in end term there will be two exams one is End term Theory and End term practical and easy to pass in every subject , the accuracy will be 100 percent in the results.

Placement Experience

For master students there are eligible in placements from 2nd semester and for Bachelors students they are eligible from 6th semester and More number of companies will come to hire the students and most of the will get placed in top multi national companies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

There will be one entrance exam for admission in LPU that is known as LPUNEST. According to this entrance rank they will give scholarship but if u have highest percentage in Bachelors or in Plus Two they will scholarship on the basis of previous marks.

Campus Life

All books will be available in the Library and classrooms are very big with Air conditioner etc and LPU is also best for extra curriculum activities and sports. And in LPU will also select students in NSS and NCC.

As i had completed my bachelor degree in 2022 i got an admission in to this course firstly i was not interested in that but with the help of my teacher I performed well there. There is lot of scope of this course in all the fields . The only drawback is that they have to arrange some field visits so that we can listen to farmers problems

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course was relevant to my interests Faculty can be more since students are more. Qualification is good but teaching method can be improved it should be practical. Exams are timely, but help is insufficient..it is good once faculty helps.

Good in campus environment

After i entered , it was heaven seriously speaking from a small town LPU life for me is no less than a dream life. So here are some DO's and DONTs LPU :- Alwaysintain 75% attendance otherwise you won't be allowed to give your end term examination. 2. Don't get carried away with the crowd , you won't be able to come back to real life. 3. Be as simple as possible so that distractions doesn't over come your focus . 4. Join various Organisations. Here at LPU we have more that 50 Student running organisations , take initiative and be a part in any of these. 5. Weekly , there will be functions , or something or the other so that Students inside the campus are not board , so enjoy them . 6. As i have mentioned before , be choosey to select your friends world is not good my dear . 7. Yes , LPU have more than 3000 CCTVs and security guards are present within 100mt of range , so if you feel anything uncomfortable or someone is trying to disturb or something like that take there help.
