Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is practical. The curriculum is designed to provide advanced knowledge and training in the cultivation, breeding, management, and marketing of ornamental flowers. It focused on Landscaping design and management of landscaping.The future in this field and the history of this field.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly 120000 fees for tuition. But if you take the LPUNEST exam, you will qualify based on your LPUNEST results.LPUNEST score more than or equal to the category 1 cutoff or 90% in your graduation then you will be getting 22% of programme fee as a scholarship. If you score more than or equal to the category 2 cutoff in LPUNEST or 80% in your graduation, you will get 17% of programme fee as a scholarship. If you score more than or equal to the category 3 cutoff in LPUNEST or score 70% in your graduation, you will get a 12% programme fee as a scholarship.

Campus Life

There are so many clubs. If you are into sports then you have coaches for every sport. They coach you and guide you for big stages also. And if you do well in any aspect then you have the chance for a 100 percent scholarship also.

Admission

This collage is focused on the practical part. The research part is also very good. The admission process is easy and fast. The main thing I choose this university is because of the digitalization. Everything is digitalized. The admission process was also quick because when we arrived there was a division and I had to just go and submit the documents one by one.

Faculty

We have faculty for every department. The faculties are understanding. The research department is good and the lab also here is good. If you are facing any problem then your mentor (one of the faculty will assign) will help you in every way possible.

MSc Agriculture course from LPU

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement after 3rd semester. But the companies are not upto the mark. The salary and job roles are not upto the mark. Many students choose to study further for PhD due to this reason.

The Facts of LPU

Placement Experience:

As I'm doing Masters it's a 2 year course which has 4 semester. I can attend placement drives from second semester..Many private companies like INFOLLION, FITLO, UN ACADEMY and ICAR recruits eligible students from interview.The highest package is 10 lakhs. In Agriculture department about 30% of students get placed in different companies. After achieving the degree I would like to do job in Agriculture field and after making some saving I will do PhD.

This course was relevant to my interests Faculty can be more since students are more. Qualification is good but teaching method can be improved it should be practical. Exams are timely, but help is insufficient..it is good once faculty helps.

Why I chose LPU ?

I haven't applied to other colleges, although I have researched enough about them and can say why I chose LPU ? Firstly, the flexible and new curriculum which allows us to be prepared according to the new tech's need. Alumni mentors informs us about the current scenario from time to-time. This is a "No-Ragging Campus"and it's 101% true. I've never seen such supportive seniors.
