Not a good college.

It is a decent college with good placement record.But you will have to study by yourself don't expect anything from faculty but if you will be paying 90,000rs as fees don't come here,you will regret it.

IPU entrance exam my rank was 5000 i choose it as it was a government college and the course was unique.

Only one course i.e power engineering is offered here you can choose between electrical or mechanical sub group in 3rd year faculty is not good, only 4 to 5 teaching staff is permanent and they take most of the classes some guest faculty come for other subjects.

College does not provide any internship you will have to look for t yourself though most students take internship in power plants like NTPC BADARPUR adjacent to college itself and rajghat power plant.

Placement scenario is good here almost 75 80% students are placed companies associated with power sector like Tata power, Emerson, etc come to campus highest package for last year was around 6 lakhs average is about 3 lakhs.

As it is a small college with only one undergraduate course so we don't have many event we have an annual fest REVOLUZIONE which covers many events last year it was a 2 days event, 1st day in college itself and 2nd day in delhi haat janakpuri.

When i joined it was and still is for me 35000rs per year but from this year they have raised it to 90,000rs per year, though students have not submitted the raised fee and the matter is in court.

All the scholarships provided by ggsipu can be availed education loan from bank can be taken for the full course fee.

It is a small college with few students so not so much campus life gender ratio is very poor, only 2 or 3 girl students in every batch students from diverse places are here and everyone is treated equally many good societies are present here like ENACTUS, IEEE, etc only indoor games facility is here no ground for outdoor sports.

Hostels are also not good but liveable 2 students share a room or 1 can also get a separate room annual fees for hostel is 60,000rs which covers food also quality of food is ok PG will cost you 6 7k per months.

College seniors are very good and they guide juniors very well on academic and other topics alumni often comes to college to guide us they tell us about the current industry scenario and what we should do at college level so that more good companies will visit our college for placements we are also preparing an alumni list.

It is same as any other college in the ggsipu University.You have2 semesters eac year and 2 minors in each semester.
