Remarks

Currently pursuing PGDM in global operation from SRCC. Pros: Faculty is very good. Some are from IIM also. The best thing is the ROI. Only 4.5l for MBA which I feel is very well other than private colleges. The campus is very big and beautiful. Though didn't get a chance to visit coz of a pandemic. Average package is around 7-8l which I feel is very good compared to the other colleges the highest in my knowledge is around 19l. Cons: Case study culture is not there. International exposure is less.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty is no doubt very good. The teacher taught their subject with current life example and events. Well because of covid we only got the online classes. But still, the faculty is very good at clearing the doubts and explaining things.

Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Mostly times startup are there. The lowest stipend was 10k. And the highest was 40k. Mostly time profile will be for the sales. Support from placement society is very good. Project opportunities are also there but they are mostly unpaid. But again a very good thing for building resumes.

Placement Experience

You can start applying for the internship after your first semester. Don't expect greater companies a lot of time startups are there. Stipend will be between 20-30k. Mostly profiles are for sales and HR. For the placement, the company starts coming after the 2nd semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester fee is around 80-85k. Total 2year fess is around 4.5l. Much much much better than other private colleges. Where they charge hefty amount and didn't give a decent package as well. Not aware of any scholarship please check it on the web.

Campus Life

SRCC is well known for their fest culture. Not only this many celebs. Come occasionally for their promotions of film or music One bad thing there is no opportunity to take part in sports for PGDM students.

Interview Experience

Well, there is a proper GD/PI round. And an essay writing test for foreign students. But coz of covid I got the admission based on the marks I scored in the GBO test. Competition is a little high so you must prepare well for the GD/PI round.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

Truth about jims kalkaji

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package

Admission in SRCC is based on CUET UG score, I just put 3 colleges in my preference list based on my score, 1st SRCC, THEN HINDU COLLEGE, THEN HANSRAJ COLLEGE. and I got my 1st Preference College that is SRCC. All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

I choose this college because it is india best commerce college. It was my first preference and I got it. To take admission in this college you have to give cuet just after your 12th exams. You have to be pass in class 12th exams then you can give cuet. You can only give exams of subjects which you had in your class 12th. After giving exams , some universities release their admission form. You have to fill that form if you want to take admission. As you move ahead with their admission process you have to clear their cutoffs. For bcom hons in srcc the 2025 cutoff was 917/1000. For eco hons it was 910 for general category....Read More

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

So basically i had applied to almost all other colleges in DU, for example Hindu, Miranda, LSR etc. Even non DU colleges, for example St. Xaviers. I got in all of them. However SRCC being my first preferance finally became my destination. I chose it mainly because of the Brand value it has. Same reason that people choose IITs. I didnt really get a rejection from anywhere. Just IIM under IPMAT, and that was because i didnt study too well for the entrance. For the admission in this college, u need to clear an examination called CUET. Thats the only exam. Cut off for B.Com hon goes the highest in SRCC itself, being the most demanded college.
