Remarks

Loyola college is ranked 6th place in India not only that the college provides many opportunities to the students. Admissions for the first UGC starts after the announcement of 12th results. There is no specific reason but Loyola college students get better placement opportunities than other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Since technology is growing vast than others I thought it may have a major scope. In college, more than 14000 students are studying and more than 4000+ faculty's working for the improvement of students. In my knowledge faculty's have completed their PhD degree in their stream. Some teacher is strict in discipline. We have to get 20marks to pass, they have a different marking scheme for attendance, discipline, regularity.

Placement Experience

3

From 5th semester students are eligible for applying placement. More than 60 companies visited and offered an average package of 3- 4.5L. Only 70% of students get placed according to college criteria. After my BSc, I am planning to do MSc at the same college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college supports economically weaker students and SC/ST not only they provide government scholarship. For my course, I paid rupees 47000 for a semester if I am a shift 1 student I need to pay only rupees 11000 for a semester.

Campus Life

5

There, they conduct cultural program and festival events every year. The college has a big library for the student reference. The books inside the library are more than 100000. College provides students with many sports events not only that students can also play cricket, football, hockey, volleyball, basketball and indoor games like carrom, chess, table tennis. Students can also use the fitness centre inside the campus. Every classroom has a laptop and a projector. And some classes are air conditioned. Every year student union election is conducted the leader is responsible for other clubs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course covers the basic of the subjects and we have not gained advanced knowledge. Although well prepared, it was difficult to attend the entrance exam in other institution. Practicals are less than theory. So the course should give more deep knowledge about the subjects and also practical knowledge.

.The placement cell works very actively in the college providing a lot of placement opportunities from companies like Zoho , Wibro, World Bank with good packages. The companies provide training where they train the overall personality and performance of the students through interactive sessions, tasks and interviews.
