FMS- The Red Building of dreams

FMS Delhi is one of the best places for MBA in India and it provides a great platform for students to learn, enhance their skill and expertise through class and peer learning. However, the college is a part of DU hence you don't get hostels for everyone in the batch. The campus is in Delhi, hence it's situated at the best place for corporate communications, but since it is located in a prime location, the college campus can't be expanded. The admission to this college is done through a CAT score, however, you have to apply separately from the CAT registration form. FMS has a unique selection procedure.

The couse designed is world-class and it's great to have the best facilities who are well experienced in their field. The Student-Faculty ratio on the campus is around 15:1. We have a large pool of respected teachers and the relationship between faculties and students are more than professional relations. The faculties are very friendly and approachable. The examination is conducted on due time and the level of the examination depends upon the concerned faculty.

The college is known for its placement among business schools in India. Its placement is at par with all top IIMs. Placement takes place for interns as well as for the finals. Students become eligible for the final placement in Dec-Jan, after completing the 3rd semester. However, the placement for the summer internship begins just after joining colleges. All the top companies regularly visit the campus for placement and leadership Talks. The placement offers are among the best in Industry.

FMS is known for its low fees and charges. The total amount charged is around 2.7 lakhs including student body affiliation charges. If you're an outsider in Delhi, additional expenses of Rs 15000 is required for hostel and fooding. The fees have been recently increased, earlier the total tution fees were below 10k which is why banks aren't well versed about loans for this college. However, banks branches near campus provide great support and some also provides hostel expenses as loan.

FMS has a vibrant campus life due to the fact that it's situated in Delhi. You can always enjoy the chai, kulcha, etc nearby college. The annual fest is conducted by the cultural society Fiesta in the month of Jan. The campus has a large pool of social groups which provides a great chance for students to participate and learn. The amenities of DU are commonly available for the students of FMS and it's really pleasant having sports and games competition in the best university in the country.
