I gave the APIED entrance test. Conducted by the college itself. At that time the college was preety famous for its interior design course.

The internship comes in third year. But our college dose not provide it. We have to find it on our own. I did my internship from mumbai. My stipend was 5000 a month. The overall experience was dull. It was mainly a desk job.

My college does not give placement. We have to find a job on our own. Generally we get a entry level job as a designer with few site visits and 10000 salary. Gradually we are promoted to senior designer we get the power of decision making and dealing with the client .

We had three events celebrated in the college within the campus- farewell party, matkifod, and college festival. Farewell party is generally in aug-sept. It was for the students who just completed their course. Matkifod is on janmasthami and college fest is in jan-feb. It is a 3 day festival with dj night, gazal night and different workshops and seminars.

During my time before four years the fee was 60,000 approx. A year (general quota) and 40 students in a class. But now the fees and students per class both have increased. Even the quality of education has decreased. So now i dont think it is worth spending almost 1 lakh on this college a year.

I personally did not avail any scholarship or loan facility neither do i know of any. I am not sure if my college even provides any thing like NIT.

I did not live in the hostel provided by the college. I went to have a look, it was untidy, unhygienic and with very small rooms with common bathroom for the whole floor. I did not even dare to taste the mess food there. I instead like all my friends opted for another hostel with better facilities.

We had regular (once or sometimes twice a week) juries and submissions of more than one subject. It wasnt always hectic except before the final internal and external exams. In every weekly jury remarks were given and changes were to made accordingly resulting in the final product or design.

I took the form from the college , filled it out and submitted the required documents with it. The date was given for the test. I gave the entrance test, then after a few days the merit list came out and i had gotten admission. After that the procedure for the fees payment began the same day. With the fees we had to submit our original leaving certificate and maksheet of standard 12th.

The faculty kept on changing every year. It was frustrating. But the faculties taught with great interest. Most of the faculties were alumnus and done their masters from some other or the same college. Regular and personal discussions with the faculties were held.
