Course Curriculum Overview

This course is Designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the fashion industry, this program includes the study of product development, sourcing, buying, marketing, retailing and merchandising. Learn the core principles of draping by constructing corset dress and jackets etc.The completion of the three-year course will enable to work as a Designer, Visual Merchandiser, Visual Artist, Production Designer, Pattern Coordinator and editor.

Placement Experience

They aim at giving students an all-around exposure to help them grow as an individual as a professional. Apart from being involved in National and international events and competitions, they also organize multiple workshops to ensure a 360° skill enhancement of all the NIFDians.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of is around 2 lakh which is quite feasible as per the needs and demand of the course in the growing industry. Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.

Detailed analysis of CEPT university from the perspective of a first year student

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a 5 year course with a dedicated foundation year which was a driving factor in chosing this course. The curriculum requires us to actually go in the city and explore different types of manufacturers and makers which taught us a lot about how the real world works. The only improvement i would suggest is having more group activities. There are 2 major submissions in midsem and endsem and they aren't difficult at all if you have completed all your work.

Remarks:

They need to install streetlights till the new hostel building as it does get creepy and we did have few accidents during the night time. They need to change the girls hostel main gate security from old men to really young guy men who can actually run after goons when they harass or catcall the girls.
