It was a year long course where we had various kind of activities performed. We were exposed to the fashion designing training from the very second month. The class presentations along with the viva sessions were conducted And our project work used to be submitted every month. The curriculum focus more on the practical work than the theoretical.

Since this was a certification degree but some placements were arranged at the college campus. Various fashion brands like Only, Da Milano, guess came to interview and the selection was on the basis of self merit and personal performance. The average package cost Rs.5 lakhs per annum and 80% of the students used to get placed from the college campus.

It was a fun year course of the total fee was around Rs.1,12,000 approximately including all the expenses. It could be submitted through the card payments or the demand draft mode but no cash was accepted. The hostel and the travel fee were separate.

The campus was lovely and it was beautifully constructed with big buildings and spacious multipurpose hall. We had all the facilities provided at the campus for the fashion practical work. Students used to arrange art clubs in music, dance, theatre and we could play sports like cricket, football, volleyball at the campus. There were more girls than boys at the campus from different backgrounds.

I applied to this college through the campus and filled in the application form. After filling up my details the administration called me for the interview session where I was asked why did I want to do this course and what interested me the most. I cleared the interview round and got enrolled for the certification course in fashion designing.

All of the teachers at the institute were very friendly, they were humble and polite to us. They provided us the guidance throughout the curriculum and helped us whenever we had any query or doubt. They were all well-known in the fashion world and had great experience.
