Entrance Preview

UPSEE is an entrance exam for the Uttar Pradesh state. Students from all over the state and 15% students from the outside are allowed to give the exam. This college comes in a top institute among the UPSEE so you have to score a high marks to enter in this institute.

Internships Opportunities

Yes but in this year only one company visited for the internship programme but they are offering you 50k money for the two and a half year.

College Events

Technical and Cultural activities are an integral part of students’ College life. Students participate in the cultural activities for a wide variety of reasons: for enjoyment and entertainment, for personal growth and development, as a means of expression, to learn new skills, to meet new people and to pass on the cultural traditions.

Fees and Financial Aid

The State Bank of India offers student loans to deserving/meritorious students of premier and reputed institutions recognised by the bank. At present, this facility is available to the following institutes Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Manipal, Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT).

Admission

I got admission for the UPSEE examination it is a state level entrance exam. You have to score a decent marks to enter in this college. Entrance procedure is same as the other entrance exams . You have to provide the documents which are needed for the institute to enter . 10th marksheet and 12th marksheet and copy of UPSEE score card.

Faculty

Faculty are really nice they have decent knowledge about the course. They will provide you better knowledge only if you keep asking them about the particular doubt.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jims is a ipu college, so yeah curriculum depends entirely on ipu University. First year is similar for all btech courses. Or is easy to earn marks in lab and soft skill subjects but maths or physics is hard. Your 12th basics should be very good, else these two subjects will affect your overall SGPA badly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course structure is good of btech but there there is only thing I don't like is that in btech course the subjects in first year are not related to career of students because there is physics, chemistry other irrelevant subjects present in first year but in second year the course become interesting and relevant. Curriculum is good and prepare well for real world applications. The exams comes frequently every month there is a class test but class tests are moderate on the basis of there difficulty level.

Great learning and internship Support

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Placement Experience:

From 8th sem clg placement starts the companies like infosys hcl tcs airtel and many more comes the highest package was rs 12.50 lakh by a senior girl of btech and the avg package is 6 lakhs around 90 percent+ get the placement somehow teacher also use their public relations to get their students placed so the package differs but placement happens at high rate ....my plan is to prepare for govt job and get a job at pwd as assistant engineer

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly speaking I don't like the curriculum of my college. Everything is same which people studied 20 years ago . Only few things has been changed and I don't understand why we need to study about things which don't have any existence in reality. They should focus on current tech and provide more learning opportunities in AI.
