My College Experience

It is the largest single-campus private University. The admission process is very simple first of all you have to apply for the course which you want to learn and you can also pay their fee online. You can go to campus and confirm your seat. Dates are also mentioned in this process. I choose to go to this college because I heard more about this college from my friends. They tell me that this private University is best for all courses. The negative point of this college is senseless exams and marking system.

I'm doing B.A program from LPU and I choose this course because it is convenient for me and I want to learn this course. Faculty of this campus is average. Being one of the largest single-campus universities in India with over 30,000 students and 4,000 staff members. Teachers are very helpful, very qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. End-Term examination are conducted with over 1 lakh course examination results are published every semester.

LPU has collaborated with top MNC companies to provide industry immersion to the students of LPU. Hotel management-INR 12lakh per Annum in Hyatt Regency. LPU offers various opportunities for students to work directly with industry on LIVE and Entrepreneurial projects.

After 3rd-semester students become eligible for campus placement. Too many no. of companies visited. In 2018, 560+ companies are visiting LPU. Companies like Amazon, IBM, Samsung, United Health Group etc over the past few years. The highest package offered around 70,000. 97% of students are getting placements.

In the course B.A, it is a 3year course in which u have to give at least 4,11,600. 500+ Jobs offered in every semester. I'm a sports trainer. To coach and monitor different sports activities and athletics.

LPU is the hub of celebrating cultural activities or fests. Every year different events held in the university like ONE INDIA, ONE WORLD, YOUTH VIBE, SPECTRA and many more. LPU academic community is well-catered by all departmental libraries. There are more than 20+ lakh books and e-books in all subject fields.

The university offers excellent living accommodation within the campus, separately for boys and girls. The hostels are of two types: Standard Rooms: It has lodges like the arrangement where students can live in a shared 4/3/2/1-seater room. Iron bed, Study table, Plastic chair, Almirah, Geyser. Apartments: It has 1/2/3/4 rooms with attached washrooms. The apartment has a common kitchen area, dining or lobby area. Wooden box bed, Study table, Plastic chair, Almirah. Hygienic vegetarian meals with a variety of cuisines (Indian, South Indian, Continental).

Group discussion is one of the most important rounds of hiring for fresher's from colleges. It is so because in this interviewer can easily judge you and your communication skills. GD can be of two types. Factual topics: These are generally social-economic topics. Abstract topics: Abstract topic or we can say short sentences. In the first, you have to think a lot to come up with a meaningful sentences to speak. In this interviewer judge your thinking capacity.
