Comedk I SCORED 102 out of 180 and got a rank if 7197 in comedk all India online test. My choice was RNS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY because I wanted to study electronics and communication engineering in Bangalore and RNSIT is best for that also it has been producing ECE toppers of VTU for last 2-3 years and now I know why.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teaching faculties are great the college mainly focuses on teaching and a bit less on extra co-curricular activities. If you are not a PhD student than there is no research that you can do here.but as I said the main focus of college is studies so you have to perform all the lab practical prescribed by VTU.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides internship that I know since I am in first semester so I don't know much about it.Last year many students got their internship course through college and they were paid upto 30000 rupees.
Placement Experience
Placement of ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING is best in RNSIT in private colleges of Bangalore. Even placement of CSE, use and other branches are also very good . And overall placement is around 97℅ and highest package of 24 lakh.
College Events
All departments celebrates the event related to their department. And cultural,sports events are organised by students themselves.T he celebration of independence day was nice. On festival days if you are in hostel than you will get some special lunch out of the menu.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Like all the major private engineering college of Bangalore fees is the biggest problem. It is too much expensive because 190000 is just college fees and if you want to live in hostel than you have to pay another 70000 for hostel and mess bill. Even if you lice outside it will cost you the same plus your other expenses will make it more than 3 lakhs per annum.

No scholarship is provided by the college. They can only give you expense certificate if you want any loan.
Campus Life
Campus life is good all major festival is celebrate.we have different student groups for robotics different sports like cricket Table tennis etc.regular seminar is held.no ragging is done here.gender ratio is nearly 2:1 boy per girl.workshops and labs are well equipped.
Admission
First I filled comedk online exam form. Than I gave comedk online exam and scored 102 out of 180 and 7197 rank.Than I attempted counselling of comedk which is held in 2 stages but I chooses this college in first time because of its reputation in ECE.
Faculty
RNS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY is a new college just 16 yeas old and is still able to compete with top private colleges of Bangalore like BIT just because of its faculty members. All faculties are highly qualified and can teach you in best way you can imagine plus they can clear all of your doubts if there are any after their teaching.
