Remarks

I choose this college because of its review from my elders plus sports involvement. Haven't entered college yet due to covid so won't be able to give more details. Yet the staff members on the admission board were quite slow which they need to work on.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members were quite slow in some aspects. Yet they need to work on the staff for the admission department. Would definitely look up for improvement for the coming sessions. Haven't had any class yet due to covid but they say it's gonna start soon. Hope we don't lose out this year.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure I didn't understand because in the news it was said that the year fees would be for free. But GU did charge us fees. So completely didn't understand that part. Also, my money got stuck in a few transactions. As in after my money got debited the website showed that something got wrong.

Campus Life

Didn't have classes yet due to covid so still waiting for college to open. I am hoping for a nice college life since I had homeschooling in my HS. I hope they have facilities plus a student-friendly campus.

The course curriculum is very good. As i am studying Bcom it is very helpful to understand the business or market world or companies how to make a product to understand a product from various aspects including pros and cons. Gauhati Commerce College in a nutshell

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.com gives a holistic overview of the stream i.e, commerce. It also opens door to many opportunities I guess. I'm the first batch of NEP where more importance has been given to vocational education, but I guess it is still not upto mark. Even now more emphasis is given on theory but it will change with time. They should give more emphasis on real world applications and internships etc. Exams are conducted on time.

Placement Experience:

Mainly students from 5th semester are recommended for campus placements and many local comapanies have made a visit in our college Highest package provided is around 8 lakh per annum and the average package being provided is around 3.5 lakh to 4 lakh per annum Percentage of students being placed are around 50 to 60 percent all total My plans after getting degree is to pursue mba from highly reputated college

My college experience

Remarks:

First of all our college starts too early and then the classes duration is too long for 1hr. There been continuously classes for 3 to 4 hrs and we got a break of 1 hr then again classes begin.

Remarks:

This is the best college I founded in the entire northeast. This college is good for its goodwill from the year of its establishment. In my point of view, this is the best institution I have seen. That is why I give them positive remarks from my point of view.

I chose guwahati university over another because its well reputed university. Beautiful campus greenary ,i love the environment .I applied for Dibrugarh University too but its way too far from me ..I thought Guwahati and Dibrugarh both have the same facilities..and its kinda similar.No regrets. Review on my university

I applied in kc das and gcc and got admission in both but then i took admission in kc das because i was not getting admission in gauhati university because of the cutoff marks , then in the spot admission in gauhati university i got seat in the university as my percentage was 86.
