My college experience

I took admission in scoe kharghar through the online admission process. Good things: College infrastructure is good. Teachers are very helpful. Practicals and lectures always start on time. There is a bus service from the railway station to college College canteen is big and have a variety of food at affordable rates. Bad Things: Some college lab equipment is not working properly. PCs in the computer are outdated don't function up to the mark. Management section and student section of college is not good. Scholarship fee strategy is different than other colleges.

I am interested in mechanical engineering so I chose this course. There are a lot of faculties always ready to help students and clear their doubts and they are also well qualified. Exams are strict in college but most of the faculties give question banks so it is easy to pass.

Campus placement in college is so bad for a mechanical branch. Hardly one to two companies come. Campus placement is good for IT and Comps branch. Package students get is also not that good it is around 3-3.5 lakhs per annum.

I am a student which comes under EBC scholarship scheme. College is supposed to take half fees from us but still, college charge full fees and then we get scholarship return after some time which is not the condition in other colleges. Other colleges take half fees.

Nakshatra is the annual fest of college. generally takes place in summers. Library of college is quite spacious and there are various books available for study. Classrooms are well equipped with amenities. There are a lot of extracurricular activities going on in college like NSS and ISHRAE.
