Remarks :

The campus is very good. Placements are not provided for Arts and Humanities students. Teachers are very friendly and cooperative. The admission process is through the single window system. It is an aided college affiliated to MG University but most of the courses are self-financing. Now they provide integrated courses.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I love psychology very much. So I decided to do my bachelors in Psychology. And I got admission at MES. Teachers are very friendly. Especially teachers in our department. Most of them were PHD holders. They encourage students to do paper presentations at graduation level itself. In every class, about 45 students were studying. Internals are conducted by the teachers itself. At the end of each semester, there will be university exams. The difficulty level of exam is moderate

Course Fees : INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

On the 5 th semester we have an internship in a clinical setting as we are psychology student. But it is not compulsory. Due to the support of our teachers, we completed a 10-day internship at Louis Mount Hospital Wayand.

Placement Experience :

There is no placement for BSC Psychology students. But in the case of BCA and Commerce Students, they have some placement opportunities. After bachelors, I would like to my Masters in psychology. MES is also providing MSC psychology from this year onwards

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In the Psychology department, there is no placement. In each semester there is a fee of 15000. Other fee includes Hostal fee, Examination fee, Bus fare etc. Semester fee increases year by year. MES provide Management scholarship for financially backward students. Also, there are Other government scholarships like post metric, e-grant etc.

Campus Life :

Campus life is very beautiful. They celebrate every festival. And also Annual day, Arts day, Union day etc. But student politics is not so active like other colleges. Uniform is compulsory for every student. They also conducting sports day. And student s are actively in those games. Gym facility is also available in college. There are men's hostel and a women's hostel inside the campus.

Companies like TCS (3.33 LPA), Accenture (3.44 LPA), ICICI prudential life insurance (2.85 LPA), Intellipaat (7.25 LPA), Goan institute international consociation of education, Arvind fashions (2.66 LPA), Tenzotech (2.4 LPA), Chegg India (3.6 LPA) offer placements. This is the placement list of 2024. Here 7.25 LPA is the highest package. Companies place students in their companies based on personal interviews and tests. Only students with no supply at the time of applying for this placement can appear for tests and interviews. Near 50 percent students got placements and many other students opt for higher education and other jobs.
