Remarks

I don't like this college. I was interested to study Marine Engineering. But my parents forced me to join this college. This college is situated in the same district where my home is. Infrastructure of this college is not at all bad. But management is somewhat rude behaving and showing partiality to Christian students since this is a Christian management college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Everything is good, I think. But collecting fine for small problems like laughing from hostel, forgetting to wear ID card etc is too pathetic.Security guards behave very harsh.They think students are the prisoners of this college.Syllabus is completed within time and faculties are good behaving to all children.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

We don't have enough placement opportunities. This college is located in a village area. I think, placement companies are not aware of this college. Few of the companies comes here. But the students are not even heard about of that college.

Management only know how to collect fee and fine from students. Actually they don't really care about extra curricular activities. They don't give enough fund for collecting arts and tech fest. Students want to raise fund by themselves to conduct these activities here.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided for Christian students for no reason. Everyone is getting money. OEC scholarship is given but it is not actually scholarship. It is really reduction in fee.

Campus Life

Campus environment is really attractive but inside of that is terrible. Lab equipments are used by every student. But anyone of us make any equipment damaged fine is charged on spot. Sports facility is good.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

I had applied for this course in several colleges in banglore and other places. The reason which hold me here is the course affordability and good infrastructure provided by this college. This college offers BTech artificial intelligence and Data Science at the rate of 98500 per year as tution fees while other colleges offer this same course around 200000 tution fee per year which is a better reason for studying this college. The college also provide scholarships for students on the basis of their plus two marks and keam ranks which will cover their entire tuition fee which helps the students to study in a cost effective way and also increase the quality of education.
