As all know that iiit bangalore is just dreaming college besides nits and nits for mtech and btech degrees both. I wanted to pursue my masters degree. So i decided to land here. Here i got so many opportunities from my seniors guidance as well as from professors. So i loved to be here

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are well qualified from deemed universities. They are very encouraging and motivating. Also provides us with many industrial tours so that we can introduce to the working of organisations. The course curriculum is modified every year on the basis of current industry demands and makes us industry ready.

Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

Majority of students go for software roles. Almost all top product-based software companies like Amazon, Flipkart and Microsoft allow electronics and instrumentation students to sit for their placements process. Among the core companies, the top recruiters are Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Western Digital and Xilinx. Many of my friends and seniors got a descent job.

College Events

All academic buildings are air-conditioned. Campus-wide Wi-Fi is available with 3 GB per student. Mess and hostel are decent. The student activity centre has plenty of sports facilities for recreation. There is a medical centre with some basic medical facilities.Notable IT recruiters include Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Uber, etc.

My prime days in college

Placement Experience:

1)When we were studying in the college , the placement rate is medium but now its improved. In my time I was not able to crack the college placements, So I tried through the job portals and got the job. 2)Wipro, Infosys, Mindtree and some other companies visited our college 3)The highest package is 10lpa from infosys and average is 5 lpa from mindtree 4)80% of students will get the placements and it may vary from year to year

Placement Experience:

This is the best part. The whole point of niat program is to get a study for the job. It's not like the old system where you chill for 3 years and panic in the 4th year. All the learning here are very different. From the first day itself we will be doing coding.

We had placements coming from 5th semester such as Accenture, EY, TCS, Morgan Stanley etc. The highest package was 5,00,000 pa, and the lowest was 2,50,000 pa. 65% of students are getting placement. After getting degree, I am planning for employment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Rehabilitation science main focuses on restoring health in individuals ( accident, tauma injury and persons with special needs), this college provides practical exposure like experiencing how individuals, with loco motor disability and blind, navigatw and interact. IIIT-B A HUB OF INNOVATION AND EXPERIENCE

So I was getting IIT Mandi Mechanical , VIT-CSE ,IIIT-Allahabad- ECE(CSAB) but i chose this college because of the quality of education and the course curriculum along with the good placement every year and when i consulted and talked with many people who are working in industry they told that CSE is the future branch so yeah and also the city is banglore itself which impacts very much and also i thought that when i am getting CSE in a tier -1 institute it is best to take it over other options. IIIT-B provides UG admission on the basis of only JEE Mains CRL, there is no reservation policy here , the cutoff for BT-CSE was about CRL-8700 (99.4 percentile approx) the overall admission process is very smooth it mostly online and we also have one offline campus round in which we can sure shot confirm our seat ....Read More

IIITB, only one more i but no less opportunity

1) I applied to NIT Rourkela via jossa cousneling and got addmisson there. i chose this college because of its placement data and review about fauclty that i got. 2) No i did not apply to many colleges as there was no need to because of my jee percentile. 3) Admision process is very simple. College prepares their internal rank list woth respect to students who have applied and their JEE crl rank. after that every student in line is given chance to choose their brach(respect to availabiltiy of branch).
