Remarks

I decided to take this MBAtech course because of the integrated course. I can do BTech and MBA both in 5 years which saves my one year. I am also able to get technical and management experience here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, our course syllabus is updated. I got the industrial exposure as there were industrial visits. Faculties are really good and best faculty according to me is Mr. Ritesh Dhanare Sir. He is head of Information Technology Department.

Placements and job opportunities are decent enough. Placements are 100 percent mostly at all times.

College Events

Narsee monjee hosts two events - One Cultural and One technical. Cultural event is Protsahan and Technical event is Ambiora. Also there is a sport event which is held in the month of January known as Flavium.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS

The NMAT test can be taken up to three times each year, with the best of the three results counting. Any bachelor or above Pharma/Biotech graduate with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for the program provided they clear the cut off of the NMAT examination. The course required a three- or four-year bachelor's degree to be eligible. The NMAT and NMIMS application forms were available on their official website. There were no specific incentives for reservations, and work-ex was not required, however, it did add value to personal interviews. The total application costs were roughly Rs 3000, and the dates would be announced on the website. We may take the test three times in a year because it was an adaptive test with no negative marks. I took the NMAT test and received a score of 246, the cut-off for the 2021-23 cohort was 235. In addition, the individual cut-off was set at 76. Following the exam, the selected candidates were given a WAT test and a PI. A total of 1300 candidates were selected for the final selection, with around 600 of them enrolling in MBA programs at NMIMS in Mumbai.
