Remarks

First of all thakur is a well reputed college and from the start itself I wanted to study in this college. Also my seniors recommended me to do BSc from here that is why I chose this college and now I'm working for a good company

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good and not very much difficult it you study. There are projects assignments practicals which you have to perform and it is compulsory for all the students. The faculty members are also very good and they will guide you if there is any difficulty

Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement is quite good almost 90% of the students gets placed every year. I got selected by the campus itself.

College Events

The campus and the infrastructure is excellent you will feel good to study here. Many fests are held in the college every year in which students participates and show their talents this thing really helps students to relieve stress and it is fun

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 4th sem. Many companies visit and at least one person is hired by every company. Companies from UAE and international companies also make offers. Highest package was 9 lpa and average is 3.5-4 lpa. Only 5-10% students go for a job, others go for higher studies. I am too looking for a part time job with continuing higher studies. Overall the campus placement is good for students looking for a good job and pay. Most get hired as Assistant engineers.

Microbiology is mainly lab based work but it also teaches you other worldly things , the reason behind me choosing Bsc microbiology to do from ruia is because , once i had a talk to an alumni of ruia in which she mentioned that microbiology from ruia is basucally equal of engineering from an IIT. In microbiology particularly i would say the difficulty level is a bit high but only if you don't pay attention to daily lecs and practicals

So my admission happened by filling the university form. I filled the university form and got admitted in the second round as per the cutoff because the cut off for BMM was 80%. So my admission happened through such cut off and when my name appeared in the list, there is an online form of the college, I had to fill that and by filling that my admission was done.
