Remarks
It was not my choice. I joined here only because of my father's word. He want me to become an engineer.So I started studying here. Now am a third year student here, I love the college surroundings and faculties. But the management is very bad.
Course Curriculum Overview
College is NAAC accredited with B+ grade. Faculties will complete syllabus within the time itself. We have Industrial visit in every year. Students will choose industries like wood industry, Idukki dam etc. I don't think every faculty is outstanding,but few of them are good at teaching some are friendly etc.
Placement Experience
Civil branch don't have enough placements. Comapanies like Indian Navy, Byju's, Mindtree visit our college every year. But I don't think even 30% of students are passing this interview.
College Events
Management will not give enough money for arts and technical fest. Students want to take money form their own pockets. Tech fest is conducted only for few hours, ie. morning to afternoon. Arts is also like that. Students will get a certificate of participation if they have participated in any of the events. So that they can get an activity point in their academic section.
Fees and Financial Aid
Since, this is a Christian management college, christian students are getting few scholarships. Those who are getting good entrance rank can also get scholarship.Scholarship for OEC is also offered here. Educational loan is available here.
Campus Life
Wi-Fi is there at college. But students are not allowed to use smartphones inside the campus. We have an auditorium like library. We are provided with 3 library cards during the first year itself. This card has to be returned during leaving college. If anyone made a small damage in this card, they have to pay fine. Fine is one of the main attractive thing in our college. I think sports facilities are going good at college. We have 2 faculties for coaching.
