The university understands the needs of the students to engage into activities beyond academics, they also conducted various clubs, the purpose of conducting these clubs is to encourage participation among all.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was a treat for inquisitive students to understand the corporate working model with the right context and college always tried to make the students understand about the concepts of managerical and decision making.

Placement opportunities were provided on a big level as there was a standard maintaining the opportunities.

College Events

That was great infact all are faculty members were adequately qualified and supportive, they all had a plethora of corporate experience, especially the big data faculty was very much talented about each and every field.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are average and the students get decent packages. Students are eligible for the placements from the very beginning from the 7th semester. The companies visiting hbtu are samsung, exxonMobil, TCS, FMCG, IBM, Hindustan Unilever, Global Logic, Adobe, Paytm, HCL technologies, Nestle, Asian Paints, Britannia and Dabur etc. The highest placement was 32 lpa while the average was 7 lpa last year . Last year almost 75% of the students were placed. My plans are to take a good placement from the college and side by side i'm working on my startup idea as well .

Placement Experience:

Usually after 3rd sem, students star getting internships. And for compaines visiting our college, except amazon (they blacklisted us). Almost every top companies do visit the college. Highest package was 59LPA, and the average for cse is 12-13Lpa. 99% students get placements. Many students goes abroad for mtech after graduating from snu, i'd like to do the same but after getting a year or two job experience.
