Remarks

Mount Carmel is one of the most reputed colleges in Bangalore. It is a private college which fee structure that is affordable. It also provides co curricular facilities to it's students like basketball, badminton, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum which is set by the college covers almost all streams.The staff of Mount Carmel college are well qualified and experienced.A bit more exposure to fieldwork and labs should be improvised.

Every year in August the recruitment season begins.The top recruiters include Accenture, Google, Goldman Sachs, Capgemini and IBM.There aren't a lot of oppurtunities when it comes to placements for science students.

College Events

The two popular fests organised by our college are Techforte and Carpediem.Techforte brings the youth together to showcase the amalgamation of technological ideas. CarpeDiem is a National level management fest for students of commerce and management.

Campus Life

The college campus is quite good and has well-equipped labs, library,classrooms and auditorium.The quality of the food served and the facilities provided are good. Proper medical facilities are also available for both students and staff members.

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

From 5th semester itself the students are eligible to apply the campus placements according to the company requirements. The placement cell of the campus is very well. There are some set of rules in the cell. Many of the companies offer employments to the students studying in the college. Some of the popular companies include Infosys, Wipro, Bosch, Catterpillar, IBM, TCS and others. The students with above 8 CGPA have 90% chance of getting placed. I am also planning to getting placed after completion of my course.

MCC - A college of Dreams

I applied in Christ University for a B.Sc. in Biotechnology but did not end up going to Christ when I heard about it's cons that it focuses more on its outer image rather than imparting quality knowledge.
