Delhi University is a brand itself when it comes to choosing university for studies. Furthermore I was attracted to the college as it has maintained a good reputation. One cannot deny admission to this college by taking a look at it??s rankings alone
Course Curriculum Overview
There is just one word that I can say. It??s absolutely impeccable. The faculties are all very nice and experienced. Course curriculum remains almost the same as other universities. I studied physical sciences and the faculty that taught us was extraordinary. You can expect good education from the teachers.
Placement Experience
The college has it??s very own placement cell which conducts its job pretty smoothly. As of December 2019 Concentrix, an aviation company and some other companies came for placement. Overall its good. The placement cell does its job
College Events
The campus life is a bit normal as the college is not too big but it??s not too small either. The annual festival always brings with it a renowned celebrity for 1 or sometimes 2 days. There are also departmental fests organizing all sorts of contests and there is excellent participation from students.
Campus Life
The whole campus was Wifi enabled. Each student has access to wifi. Library is a masterpiece. A marvellous collection of books of vast curriculum all being fully air conditioned. The reading room which is just located above the library is also very nice. Also there are facilities for a lot of games and there are tournaments conducted intra as well as inter college.
Hostel Facilities
Sadly there is no hostel facility by the college. You have to find accommodation by yourself. One can either opt for a PG or flats which are both at a walking distance from the college. The average cost of a PG starts from almost 6000??_ per month for a decent room whereas it costs around 4000??_ per head for flats(give or take)
