Teaching methods include lectures, seminars, tutorials and practical laboratory sessions backed up by design classes, workshops. Mechanical is almost called king of all branches electives we have chosen Experimental stress analysis, Total Quality Management for this sem.

Yes, our college has been providing internships to the students to get the practical knowledge. I have completed internship in Indo-mim-us tech Hoskote which is basically a injection molding company it was nice experience.

More than 150+ companies have visited our campus last year the Placement Cell of Sahyadri MBA acts as a link between the students and corporate organizations. The Placement Cell is managed by students, with guidance from faculty members, and operates throughout the year in arranging campus interviews for companies. In the year 2011-12, the MBA placement percentage rose to 85%. At present, our alumni are working in organizations such as Alcargo , KPMG , Ernst & Young, GLOPORE IMS, HCL , UAE Xchange, Laxmi Vilas Bank , Jubilant foods (Dominos) , Axis Bank , Vijaya Bank , CareerNet , Jaro Education , ICICI Bank , Way2Wealth , ICICI Securities , Campco , mResult , Muthoot Finance , iCMG and many more.

Celebrations also bring students, faculty and staff together for exchange of thoughts and minimize the student-teacher hierarchy.

I think it is feasible for the students who have got admission through CET we pay 41590 for the government and 20000 for the college fees non-cet students might feel it has expensive because of high demand engg. And MBA seats so it's almost feasible for all.

Not to forget the very friendly atmosphere that the college holds for you, sahyadri also has one of the best annual fests of the entire country and this might interest you as it did to me.

Am staying in paying guest i pay 22000 yearly for the single room where I stay and for the mess am paying around 2500 monthly which includes morning breakfast lunch in the noon and snacks in evening and even in night almost we manage to reduce our expenses though it's tough to manage our monthly expenses.

Totally our college is well structured and one among developing college there were a lot of good things Said by our seniors that's what made me choose sahyadri college.

We got 3 internals assessments a year and final exams are conducted in the month of June -July or Dec-jan our college is under visweshwaraya technological university, belgum exams are conducted by them under supervision vtu is the board in which our college is affiliated.

Through KCET our final year aggregate and KCET marks were counted together for the admission process i was lucky enough to get this collage with my ranking administration is impressive. Rules are strict enough to bind the students against ragging end all other stuff.

They are highly professional and trained enough all the lectures have mastered their degree and has got a lot of experience in teaching so obviously they are delivering the best education they can we are provided with basics of all the subjects and the lectures are well trained in that.
