Remarks
I'm interested in research and wanted to choose it as my career option and wanted to join IISC Bangalore that's why I prepared for IIT-JEE bt lack of having enough score I got IIT BHU according to my preference order and so for the branch. But I will not stop here and will going to fulfill my dreams through higher studies.
Course Curriculum Overview
1. In the 1st year all branches have to study same courses. From 2nd year onwards we have to study the particular courses designed for specific branches. 2. During 3rd we have Intern procedure in which we have to do industrial training for around 3 months in the alloted company. 3. All the faculty members are decent, interactive, experienced and have practical as well as theoretical knowledge about the subject/course. Some professors which are above all faculty members from my perspective are: Dr.Vijay Laxmi Yadav Mam, Dr. Satya Vir Singh Sir, Dr. Bhawna Verma Mam.

Campus Life
1. Since IIT BHU became IIT in 2012 and also college has completed 100 years that means it is old too so infrastructure is not like other IITs having modern infrastructure but it has unique ancient and cultural infrastructure. 2. Currently, Sports Complex building is under progress and IIT BHU have three large grounds along with most numbers of sports available compared to any other IIT. 3. Wi-Fi connectivity is excellent and available all over the campus. 4. IIT BHU have excellent library with all the necessary facility available. 5. IIT BHU is upgrading day-to-day in laboratory equipment along with faculty, recently 'Super Computer' has been installed and inaugurated by our honourable PM Mr. Narendra Modi.
Hostel Facilities
There is nothing like students have to go for PG or any other option just because hostel rooms are not sufficient. In all IITs number of seats for in hostel is according to the number of students permitted in the institute. In case if student want to take room outside campus then he/she is free to do so. There are around 10-12 hostels including M. Tech, PHD and Girls hostel and every year hostel change according to branch wise except 1st year students, all 1st year students alloted one hostel called Aryabhatta. Since hostels are large enough to accommodate 400-450 students comfortably so in one hostel 3-4 branch students live comfortably and one room alloted for two students of same branch. Regarding facility all hostels are decent like whatever dish you want to eat in mess, tell to mess worker and he will serve you, laundry system is also available at hostel gate, garden has been made at the centre of all hostels where you can play cricket and games, sit and relax during winter days and many more facilities are available.
