Remarks

I love engineering and National Institutes are better for carrier purpose. It's a new institute. So I joined it in the hope of better performance. Moreover I didn't get chance to study in NIT Rourkela.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is absolutely awesome. Faculties are well qualified and and we'll mannered. Academics is also good enough. Our syllabus is totally gate based. So that we can get admission in better platforms after B-tech.

Class Size: 7Course Fees: INR 546400 per year

Internships Opportunities

No. Not till now dur to this pandemic. After its over we will apply for this.

Placement Experience

It's almost average. If you read well and score good GPA then you can easily get placements. Moreover our syllabus is totally based on gate. So you can get job by scoring good in gate.

College Events

We celebrate 4-5 functions in an academic year. Matrubhasha Diwas, engineer's day, Freshers party, and the most importantly and most fascinating Vulcanzy. Vulcanzy us the biggest festival. We also participate in national level sports and all other events.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am an other state quota student. So I don't know much about it. But still I know something that home state quota students get some scholarships and sc/st students too get the facilities

Campus Life

Wi-Fi is available everywhere in hostels and college campus, even in mess too. We have 2 big grounds to play various games. And the sports stuffs are also given to us. Library is not that much big but enough for our study purpose. And lab is well equipped.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit my college including Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Quaxy and many more. Number of offers made are above 500. Highest package in 2024 was 40 lpa and average package was 5 lpa. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed. I'll go with placement after my degree.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements based on thier performance and cgpa or else they must be placed after four semesters in b. Tech. Many companies like Tesla, Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, .. visit the college annually. Average package is of 8lakh per annum and the highest package is 60lpa. 80 percent of the students get placed at the end of the semester. My plans after the degree is to get a good job offering me a minimum 40lpa and after the will establish my own company in the market.

College life at NIT-AP

I liked this college because studying at a national institute is every student's dream. It is not that much easy. Particularly, we can't compare these national institutes with other colleges as they are highly prestigious. The main reason why I have chosen this college, we (Andhra) people have 50% reserved seats in the college. Eligibility is students should have to clear their jee mains exam with the best percentile to secure their dream branch. The cut-off will be changed every year.
