Remarks
I love the subject and it has a nice curriculum which takes us through all the major topics which a Computer graduate needs to learn and we are not made to focus on theory alone. That won't be well for our course. I think we had as much practical sessions, as theory classes and sometimes even more.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum Overview : I thought that the course i have adopted is a opt one teachers teaches very well with their full potential and if any one has any question they solve it one should join the college in his life for his betterment.
Placement Experience
Placement Scenario in DAV was pretty good. Although the college did not attract all the top level multi nationals, there were some really great companies. All of the students apply for them. I don't really know about the average package given. But I suppose it wasn't a really bad one with all these companies.
College Events
The college hasn't got too many events in the academic year. We also do not have occasion to organize as many fests as we would like to. The major ones are the Youth Festival and the Sports day. The former is an opportunity for us to engage in our artistic tastes such as dancing and music.
