Remarks

Becuase it was near to my hometown kerala in kannur town and my brother was studying in the same college. One of the faculty teaching in the college gave great reviews about the college which sounded great.

Course Curriculum Overview

Just an average level College. Feels lik students are still spoonfed. Practicals and technical skills are not so practised. Students achieve great academic results. But the technical skills are not upto the mark and few students who excel in technical and practical side is a result of individual interest and not because ofbany training from campus.

Class Size: 32Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience

Various companies visit the campus and mainly IT students get placed in large numbers as compared to mechanical and civil engineering streams.

College Events

The arts day is one of the great events and extra curricular Activities are not promoted as much as expected. Students themselves take interest in going for intercollege championships and tournaments.

Campus Life

The campus has great look and feel. The location is really at a very beautiful mountain location. The view from topmost floors of the hostel is extraordinarily great. The library is quite big but there is hardly any time to visit library. Only after class hours library is accessible.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

I had applied for this course in several colleges in banglore and other places. The reason which hold me here is the course affordability and good infrastructure provided by this college. This college offers BTech artificial intelligence and Data Science at the rate of 98500 per year as tution fees while other colleges offer this same course around 200000 tution fee per year which is a better reason for studying this college. The college also provide scholarships for students on the basis of their plus two marks and keam ranks which will cover their entire tuition fee which helps the students to study in a cost effective way and also increase the quality of education.
