Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum of this course is just changed two years back and has been updated to it's best. Academic wise it's totally good and have some more limit to your freedom. There is no particular uniform, but they teach us how to be a profeesional as well

College Events

Its a open minded college. It has variety of subjects that are being offered by different departments. Most of the festivals are celebrated here with everyone. We have sleeps week also every year. Also "converge" a intra college sports week is being held every year. An annual function(Spectrum) happens every year. One can find events happening every month.

Campus Life

Our campus is in circle in the middle having round amphitheatre and then it has blocks from A block to J block covering all the classes, staff rooms, labs etc. It has a Auditorium also. But major cons is it's in a very less area.

from 4 trimester I am in 3 trimester at present and i haven't seen companies but my seniors had attended interviews in the college. the highest is 48 lpa and least is 6 lpa approximately 92% if i got a placement then to do the job if not to become an Enterpreneur

The overall placements of BMSIT is good. The average placement percentage is approximately 75-80%. There is a seperate Placement cell in BMSIT which helps in career options and also provide regular skill training programmes according to industry requirements. The average package in BMSIT is 6-9lpa and i have seen maximum of 22 lpa of a CS guy placed in Phonepay In our (civil) branch the average package is 4.5 lpa and placement percentage is 80%. If you not wish to go for jobs and have an idea to start a business, there is a inovation cell which supports for your buniness ideas. Ab overview of life at NIFT Bangalore

You become eligible after giving your 12th exams after which you can find the application form on the official website of NIFT when the new admission year begins. The application fees was 2000 rupees. The forms come out around December. I scored 140 rank under OBC category and 700 under the open category. There are reservation benefits for those who qualify under the categories of OBC, GEN-EWS, SC/ST. The exams take place sometime in February.
